Susan Boone
With over four decades of experience in the construction industry, Sue is the heart of the company she built from the ground up. As the original founder, she has been hands-on since day one—bringing vision, leadership, and a deep commitment to quality and community. Under her guidance, the company has grown into a trusted name in the industry, built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and excellence. Pictured here with her "wild women".
Co-Founder
BJ Boone
With over 40 years of hands-on experience, BJ co-founded the company with his wife, Sue. His deep knowledge of the trade and commitment to doing things the right way have helped shape the company’s reputation from day one. Newly retired, he still is a true builder at heart, and takes pride in the legacy he and Sue have created together.
